The bone dragon quest in desert sands, the last quest, had a 143m power bone dragon boss, and the mobs at 22m power.
Now you face mobs with 4m power and bosses with 6m power in searing desert.
Not to mention the "Coming Soon" banner that will come up anytime you want to access Searing Desert aside from the EXPLOIT manner that Deucalion has posted.
