i been looking and could not find any thread on this. my guild just reached level 3 and can join guild warfair but there are no instuction on how to sign up. how do i sign my guild up?

Edit: Also it dont say JOIN. It will say BID, You have to be a host/vice host to bid.

ok so when it's time just go to the assiant and hit join guild warfair? sorry still kinda new and i have not seen any guide for this game yet
I edited my prev post you replied before i could say about the join part.
Once you win the bid this is what it looks like, You click battle planning and put people where you want. I usally let it ride how it is.

This is the way it works.
During the Bid phase (from 1 hour after GW starts until server noon the next day, I think) the Host of Vice Hosts can bud on a city that the guild does not already own.
At the end of the Bid phase the highest bidder for every city gets to attack that city during GW
At this time, if your Guild has a successful bid, or one of the cities the Guild already owns is being attacked, then the Join phase starts. During this phase any member of the Guild can join. Members that Join will be available to defend A (fi your guild is attacking) or G (if your guild is defending) even if they do not actually participate in GW. Also, if your Guild is involved in attacking/defending more that one city, the Host or Vice Hosts can assign members that join to specific cities before the Fight phase starts. Note that you can only Join if you have claimed Guild benefits since server reset.
When GW starts (7 PM server time unless they messed it up again) the Fight phase starts. At this time any guild member (even if they have not claimed benefits or had previously joined) can participate in the fight. Only the members that participate in the fight will get the rewards. You can participate in the fight at any time from the start of the Fight phase until the fight is finished. If you do not participate in the fight, you do not get the assistant points even if you had previously joined.
The label below the Icon determines what is the current phase. If it is blank (for regular members) of says BID (for Host od Vice Host) then it is the Bid phase. If it says JOIN it is the Join phase. If it says BID it is the Bid phase. You do not have to for to the Assistant to Bid, Join, or Fight. You can do it by clicking on the icon during that phase.
Note that every member that participates in the Fight will get some rewards, even if the Guild looses.
