no more experience gained after level110?

There will be a mad rush to get the set completed I am sure once the content comes out.

It is going to be very expensive to unlock all those additional judgement sockets on all of the pieces... Also I don't see additional sockets for the Sirus and for the future Dragon Scale sets.. but maybe there will be something else that may drive the cost once those are crafted?

Then there is the 2nd and 3rd sub pieces you have to craft... they are going to be gem drainers for some who has not already started on them.. buying up 5 times 100 stamina per day...

Then there is black smith and talent caps that will be raised eventually... if you think it is expensive now to pay off the cool downs on Thor's day... wait until the higher ones comes out. I have a feeling it is going to be catered towards the extremely high end players who will need to fork over some serious gems if you want to accelerate past the cool down periods. Can you say 1 talent cool down per week on thor's day if you are lucky? Maybe it could go on to 2 weeks using thor's day. All to justify the need to get VIP 11 and 12 status if you want to remain top player/s.

This game has no end and it is limitless ... as I see it.

OK If you are right, and it's very likely, the gem cost of this game will make it so elite that only the rich and famous can play. Not play so much as compete. If that's the case then it will have very few up in that echelon. Good luck, have fun..... and sayonara.

OT: Hope you don't throw in the towel just because you can't be #1. This is an expensive aspiration for anyone doing anything playing any game. When I was playing Diablo 3, guys would spend Thousands every month to gear up (easily seen via public auction) so it is no different anywhere else. Ever played Lineage? A sword sold for $10k in Asia realm (that was 1 item)... Dark Age of Camelot? The same story there. EverQuest? A guy sold an account for $5k - $10 all the time for top raid ready characters. World of Warcraft? Same story there. Either be happy and content playing the game and have fun, or try to be the top player and then you will need to unfortunately fork over some money. It is the way it is in every game I have seen.

Back to this game: All I am saying is to unlock the last slot is 320 gems per piece. That alone is not trivial. Right now if you get black smiting past 80, the pay for cool down refreshed on Thor's day, it is around 40 - 50 gems per depending what you are trying to clear. So either, you are going to save save save... for months to open a few sockets, or pay to get some gems.

Because at the current rate of 40 gems or 80 gems if you have the city to double your sails on Saturday... I just do not see how the heck anyone is going to be able to afford to pay for opening a socket.

yeah you gain no exp after hitting 110
even though it shows there are level 120 rewards
and the exp bar tells you how much to level 111
I have no issue with a cap on levels and it being months upon months before they raise the level cap. But I think we should still get to keep the exp we earn, Its not like we can chose not to gain it. You get it from so many places. I think you should still get to keep it and when the cap is raised well then whatever you have is applied to the new levels. so if that automatically takes you to the next cap so be it.

I agree totally.. I see all these experience points going down the drain. We should get it at some point.. or have them convert it to reputation points or something. I don't mind if it takes a while as long as I get it....

That is the point. With gem slots gem-only this is not a free game. There is no way to collect what you need in any reasonable timeframe. So it's spend, if you can, or play to chat and be happy being small, bait. Yeah - I haven't played those games, I am not in the income bracket to do that.
