Guild Host Problem
I'm the vice-host of the Barmah Guild in the Water Realm on server 116 the Fist of Copais. We have an active group of players including several VIPs (I'm VIP level 4), unfortunately our ability to grow as a Guild is severely impaired by the fact that our Host has quit. Our Host Lannevien has been inactive for 51 days as of this posting. I've done my best to keep things going, but without the ability to add additional Vice-Hosts our Guild will not be able to survive. The members of this guild have invested a good amount of time and money in this guild and aren't interested in starting a new one from scratch.

This has become a critical concern. I have reached out to Tynon Technical Support several times and received the same form reply each time - effectively that they can't do anything to help us. However, this isn't exactly true. Tynon is choosing not to do something. From looking through old posts I see that a similar issue plagued another guild http://bbs.tynon.com/showthread.php?...t=host+problem. They apparently had their issue resolved and I'm hoping that Tynon will help us as well.

What the guild would like is for you to remove Lannevien as host and move me into that role. Lannevien can remain within the guild and if he returns and wants his position back we'll adjust accordingly. Feel free to contact him (we don't know how to) to inform him of the situation.

after 60 days of the host being inactive contact tynon support and have guild mates also send in tickets they will help BUT has to be 60 days

so i got the same form reply from Tynon support that i receive everytime i bring this issue up.

I'll follow up with CS about this. We are definitely able to remove a host, but I'm not sure what our policy is on this.
