i payed for 30 stars just before free starts saturday and use them think that i would get 30 star free return like it say

If it was really close to server reset (server midnight) it could be that the client was out of sync with the server. This can be caused by lag issues. The 'real' time is the one in the server. If your computer clock is accurate the you can see if the game time displayed in the Aerie City navigation circle (upper right of the screen) is consistent with the computer clock taking the time zones into consideration. If not consistent then you need to refresh.

If it was before server reset use the Support tab in the game Chat to open a ticket. Make sure you include the server and your game name in that server in the information provided. Be as specific as possible including the approximate date and server time when it happen. If you have any evidence, such as screen captures, attach it to the ticket.
