The truth is, if its the only chance to get hero skills, it should actually have a chance to win, and not give rewards based on their made-up prices (like rune summon or multimilion gem chips).
Hero cards too, they claim its 2k gems, but every level 10 player can get one free every 2 weeks

overall, i'm still curious how do they put gambling w/o warnings and get away with it. I'm seriously addicted to it now

EDIT: it wouldnt be a surprise with all the wartune-like thefts that the hero skills dont even exist in the reward list, same as some hero cards - you cant see "on hover" description

Regarding the gambling warnings, it's not actually gambling. It's the same with hero or item card shuffles, you will 'win' something what it is depends on chance. So all your're doing is paying 20 gems for a random item. Gambling implies that you either win or lose (gain nothing).

As for hero skill scrolls, believe it or not a guy in my guild had one of those on his Casino wheel, didn't win it though. So worry not they exist.

I don't casinos ever gave any chips for free, unless the player has already spent on chips beforehand.

Evony always gave away a daily free spin on their wheel. Any Evony vet will tell you more often or not it was useless but it was fun trying. However, the times you won Holy Helm of Mars, cents (1k cents being the top prize) or 5 on wars made your week.

EDIT: To explain it further, you spun the Wheel of Fortune in Evony using Aries Amulets, affectionately known (or not ) as ammies. Each spin cost 5 game cents, which equates to about the same here in Tynon.
