Same happened to me, I hope they will reimburse people for these mistakes.

Same thing happened to me and their cockup cost me 200 gems. It's out of order and any who lost should have their gems restored.
I'd like to see those but I can't log in!
I wondered if by them putting 18m coins for 100 gems in fair, if they intend to get rid of the Wed chests? Seeing as they just made them worthless, sort of. Pro- you can buy chests anytime, and Wed buff. Con - they are seldom used and if fair is not glitched, then really won't be used much as you just wait for them to show in fair. Things that make ya go hmmmmm.....
I also lost 200 gems and it is really frustating!
Its not like we did anything wrong by purchasing credits for coins and reversed!
Use the Support tab in the game Chat to open a ticket. Make sure you include the server and your game name in that server in the information provided. Be as specific as possible including the approximate date and server time when it happen. If you have any evidence, such as screen captures, attach it to the ticket.
