I want to put together a spreadsheet in excel that gives an approximation of how much cost savings the blacksmith cost reduction would give and do a kind of cost benefits analysis. Is there a chart detailing the cost of upgrades by level so I can do this.

Information like what does it cost to upgrade weapons/armord at lv30,40,50,60,70,80,90,etc would be very helpful.
