I just added stars to heroes, but then they vanish! Happened twice in a row. I tried refreshing but they are still gone. They didn't reappear inventory either.

Adding stars has a chance to fail. You must've had poor luck and failed you attempts.Originally Posted by incoming.info_6755385
Did the star actually showed as being added? When you say they are gone are you talking about stars or blue medals?

the bug is still there it shows the star say going from 7 to 8 takes medals and percent goes down but refresh and boom 7 stars still
Use the Support tab in the game Chat to open a ticket. Make sure you include the server and your game name in that server in the information provided. Be as specific as possible including the approximate date and server time when it happen. If you have any evidence, such as screen captures, attach it to the ticket.

Yes, they showed as added (use medals to get stars). But then the stars vanished (6 down to 5) and the medals did not come back. I'll put in a ticket.
been there done that.. still trying to get my medals back. Support hasn't been helpful on this issue.. though I'm glad I didn't get a typical "we are aware of this bug" responseI have since gotten the hero to 9 but still I want my 6 medals back

this same thing happened to me ... couldnt be bothered as i dont have effort to complain AGAIN to people who dont fix my problems
We're aware of this bug. The cause is that the client and server become desynchronized and the client believes that a star was gained when it actually failed. Refreshing corrects the display error. It's on the list of things to get fixed, but is not as of a priority as I wish it was, since it appears the game is removing your stars. I've had it happen to me a couple times as well. Its pretty annoying.
