was looking around forums and could not find anything about this. but when i joined i was not offered a Newbie package to buy just sales on gem package deals did not see any Newbie Package. how do i get it? cause someone on my server who been playing just as long as me just bought there Newbi Package today. first thing i did when i joined was look for it i did not see it so i bought Gems a few days later. but still no Newbie Package.

If you do not see the newbie package with in the 7 days of you registering to the server then please a file a ticket with support from tynon home page.
good old Ucool I submitted a ticket saying I did not get offered a newbie package and there response was well you can also get the maria card threw the card broker or the wheel. very nice for them to offer me a chance to spend more money then what the newbie package is worth. can't expect anything less from Ucool and I will not spend money I do not have on the rip off wheel.
