i am on Asia pacific servers , i just checked the US server where it is still closed and says Finals . But on Asian servers it shows as Preliminaries and countdown is around 48 Hours to start.

In that case, it really is starting.

Signup might be during last 24hrs?

Clock has started on the Euro servers. Sign up button still grey, but it's counting down at 49hrs at time of posting.

the enrollment usually starts mon>tuesday midnight and the fight starts at 20:00 wednesday (if im not totally wrong) for eu servers anyways, but it seems like there was some changes to how it was played out the last cwf...it was less fights per evening and lasted a day longer instead?

Fights start on Tuesday , Tuesday and Wednesday being prelims. Thursday, Friday being the Knockouts followed by finals on Saturday.
