    well i for 1 am looking for to participating in GW again...we had given it up as a bad joke. now we might actually stand a chance of taking a city or 2.

    has tynon got to thinking they have made enough money out of the game..
    they are on the right track to losing a lot of players
    going by some of the posts ...there is going to be a lot of rage quitters within the next few weeks...unless they realize that they have really done damage to the paying players with the latest gw patch..
    all their time,energy and money will all be a waste..already my guild are refusing to spend another cent

    What Tynon basically did with this new and improved GW is make power pointless... its numbers... alts... that is what is important.... nothing more.. no point in spending money to build yourself up if you can create 5 alts for free to do what your 1 money toon can do.... They are basically telling their spending players that they don't matter, that no matter how hard they work they will hand cities to the alt guilds instead... so my question is... why bother working? The bigger you get the more gold and credits you need to build, thus you need cities, but if Tynon wont let you hold cities, then you are spending more and more money to build... or that may be the reasoning behind this crap... but TBH that is NOT what I will be doing... If Tynon is going to penalize me in this manor for building and spending then I won't bother to do either... I will go and spend more time on my other game instead.... at least there they appreciate the spending player....

    You are correct it is their game. But it is my game allowance to spend the way I want. Tynon will not be getting anymore of my game allowance. I do not spend money on a game to build my toons/cities only to have game developers give the players who have not invested the time and money an edge to excel in game. That is not why I spend my game allowance on ANY game.

    Thanks for the feedback guys.

    I can say that we definitely don't want one guild holding every city, as has been happening. It's not interesting if a there's no chance for losing. But there still may be changes coming to GW until the balance is right.

    A big Thank You to Tynon for making GW competitive again.

    For months our guild would dominate the server-cities. Smaller rivals gave up. Boring.
    And I would be able to solo entire armies B-->A. Boring.
    It was still mind-numbing for me to just sit at B forever and watch all the others try to nibble away at me. By the end of round 30, with 20 players attacking me every 3rd round, I'd still be at over 50% health. Boring.

    And now we see on these forums ... the Bad Sportsmanship. "We have competition now. THIS SUCKS!!". Even more comical are those who react so drastically with their Poor Sportsmanship that they threaten to change their spending habits.

    When we lose a city, we say Congratulations! You outmaneuvered us, outnumbered us, overwhelmed us, wore us down, and now the land is yours. Well done! (Hint: In Real Life, War is not so much about power as it is about numbers, tactics, and organization. Even the greatest warriors don't stand a chance to a well-organized army.)

    Why not just cap the amount of citys any one guild can hold then? I am sure there would be bickering about that but at least it wont make some feel like the point of working hard and building power was for nothing. level 4 guild can get 4 citys level 5 guild can have 5 citys and so on. I do understand the power boost for attackers but put with the durability loss if just a little to much and the power boost for attackers should be capped at a % or something. Even the other guild leaders on my server are saying it is a little to much. Yes I understand both sides and both points there must be a middle point to make it a challenge not over powered and not uber easy.

    Why would anyone continue to spend their game allowance on a game that has changed mid-stream. This is not how the game was designed when I started the server. Major changes like this patch are unfair to those that have been loyal players from server start. Not sure about other servers but our alliance is top on server 74, I have played this server since September. Never played this style game, really found it "fun". No place for spies to do damage to an entire guild/alliance after building and planning warfare, like in city build games.

    I am sure Tynon will strive to make things fair for all going forward. A guild that has excelled and obtained cities on their servers worked for those cities. What compensation is given to those guilds/players that put the time, effort, and game allowance to obtain those cities???
