Why not just cap the amount of citys any one guild can hold then? I am sure there would be bickering about that but at least it wont make some feel like the point of working hard and building power was for nothing. level 4 guild can get 4 citys level 5 guild can have 5 citys and so on. I do understand the power boost for attackers but put with the durability loss if just a little to much and the power boost for attackers should be capped at a % or something. Even the other guild leaders on my server are saying it is a little to much. Yes I understand both sides and both points there must be a middle point to make it a challenge not over powered and not uber easy.
