As usual, Tynon overcorrected what really wasn't a problem to begin with. Players spend money here, and put in time here, to build toons and win. Penalizing those who do so is disincentivizing them from continuing. Tynon loses money. There will always be free players, but uCool has targeted those who actually pay to support the game. Stop buying gems and see how fast it changes back.
