Can we keep things in perspective here? Prior to this change, the entire defending guild just started at B and immediately won the game on their first turn by attacking A. Few players ever went to G from ANY team. These changes have definitely made things more interesting, but I'll pass on the feedback in this thread.
The problem that you don't seem to grasp yet is just because it sometimes goes B to A to defend doesn't mean that it should be turned bassackwards to allow a few small accts to wipe out half a strong guild. This is wrong. You might as well just take the cities and hand one to ea guild in a realm. This requires no strategy.
