    Finished the quest line and then it restarted on me, causing me to redo the first quests again. I got to the Maria quest and just never finished it, and it allowed me to keep Maria.

    White Maria had 150 base hit, 250 resilience, and 831 intelligence. She's removed from my inn now, however, so Tynon must have fixed the bug (at least for those who had replays; not sure about others).
