lol that was almost a perfect duplicate of the response i've received from customer support. the sad thing was..they couldn't even be bothered to offer an apology for what is in essence a problem of their own design. it was hard enough to accept the fact i was on the receiving end of another of their game issues...but their response leaves a very bitter taste in the mouth :-( starting to think they should rename their company to UCOOL ? BECAUSE WE DON'T GIVE A STUFF ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER CARE
