Suit yourself. Just don't come to us crying for a server-merger (like all the others).

    3 Realms.
One of the greatest decisions I ever made was to *leave* the (#1) guild I created ... to jump to a dying realm, joining a guild full of 40+ noobs and help them grow in power and numbers.
As a result our server population has remained much higher than our neighboring servers, our 3 guilds don't even have room for all the people in each realm.
Each GW is a competition where we don't know who will win
All 3 World Bosses are killed, yielding 3x the lvl4 chips, 9 plans, 30 million in bonus, 3x the reputation, and more
and best of all ...... it's fun again

Ok that might work for low population servers but not for every one

the 3 realm servers get 3 world bosses? well that's interesting. Really the servers are so diff, what works on one type is NOT the same for the other type. Guess that's why blanket changes are so irritating.

3 World Bosses? What is the new one? And any idea why it is on your server and not others?

Fun is what you make it. For some it's moving around and having competitive GWs, for others it's having the buffs to build up and gain strength. Some like quiet guilds, others love the camaraderie an active well bonded guild brings.

What is important is that you enjoy the game and it can be pretty annoying if someone comes along and tells you that you 'shouldn't do this or that' because it worked for them. It isn't the case for everyone and that's the key thing.

My only gripe with the new patched GWs was the hefty durability deduction which has been adjusted accordingly. So hopefully on the newer servers there will be a much more competitive server or at least longevity, which really was what the patch in GWs was about.

My biggest gripe on the GW change was that it was not even. It only took a toll on those severs/realms that had any competition before the change. It has just affected a few, and not the majority. That is just a shame, the rest will never realize unless you went though it. They just call us whiners. LOL But if they lost all their buffs, they would feel the same. Nope, should have been changed with making server GW, THEN insert changes, so all would share cities and have FUN battles, along with limits on # of cities. That would be fair. But noooo. Oh well. The rich realms say - too bad for you, but not in my backyard, tyvm.

it's really goofy, if you want everyone to have citys, then just give them citys- why have wars at all, why spend money and time beefing up high armor just to get ran over by noob players....

Don't count your chickens before they hatch. There is already a 12mil power 1 week into 119.

I invite you to go through the servers yourself. Each and every one. You will then see that 1-guild servers have much less active populations. Furthermore ask players on why they left their old servers: they will happily tell you and relate their experiences.

"I left my old server because there was too much GWs and I couldn't get all 9 city buffs"
    Said no player ever

What you don't understand there are many types of players and blaming low-population servers entirely on uber guilds is thinking one-dimensionally. Some people stay on a server because they get on with their guild mates, others habitually server hop, others still manage to get in the top guild and as it helps their account with the buffs stay to play on that server. The flip side of this of course if a player fails to gain entry to the up and coming super guild quickly packs in and moves to the next newly opened server in their preferred time zone.

If moving around works for you then that's cool but it's not everyone's cup of tea and one person isn't a server savour, some servers sometimes naturally remain populated just because fate brought them the kind of people who stick around.
