Pfft cry me a river. DIVERSIFY!
Solves GW boredom issues
Solves Banish cap by tripling your World Boss rewards
Solves dwindling population issues (for those that haven't already left your server)
And your guild to STILL dominating the whole server (and technically even moreso)
Those are some of the pros of splitting up a strong guild. Some of the cons would be
-- Harder to chat unless we implement another means of communication for the guild divisions to collaborate (I hate Skype with a passion)
-- Which guild division gets JENGU? Who would be willing to leave the guild's division with JENGU?
-- Harder to defend cities due to being more spread out (even if each division has less cities to defend)
-- GW will still be "small players fight, large players afk in G" except we would have less small players to fight with as they are more spread around, [requiring more alts?]
-- Being attacked in other realm's banish by opposing guilds, slowing the rate of boss death
-- Slower guild levels as there are less "coiners" in each division.
I like my alliance, and would not like to see it split up without good reason.

Suit yourself. Just don't come to us crying for a server-merger (like all the others).
3 Realms.
One of the greatest decisions I ever made was to *leave* the (#1) guild I created ... to jump to a dying realm, joining a guild full of 40+ noobs and help them grow in power and numbers.
As a result our server population has remained much higher than our neighboring servers, our 3 guilds don't even have room for all the people in each realm.
Each GW is a competition where we don't know who will win
All 3 World Bosses are killed, yielding 3x the lvl4 chips, 9 plans, 30 million in bonus, 3x the reputation, and more
and best of all ...... it's fun again![]()

Fun is what you make it. For some it's moving around and having competitive GWs, for others it's having the buffs to build up and gain strength. Some like quiet guilds, others love the camaraderie an active well bonded guild brings.
What is important is that you enjoy the game and it can be pretty annoying if someone comes along and tells you that you 'shouldn't do this or that' because it worked for them. It isn't the case for everyone and that's the key thing.
My only gripe with the new patched GWs was the hefty durability deduction which has been adjusted accordingly. So hopefully on the newer servers there will be a much more competitive server or at least longevity, which really was what the patch in GWs was about.

I invite you to go through the servers yourself. Each and every one. You will then see that 1-guild servers have much less active populations. Furthermore ask players on why they left their old servers: they will happily tell you and relate their experiences.
Said no player ever"I left my old server because there was too much GWs and I couldn't get all 9 city buffs"
