Not sure, but I know L11 Advantage allows Lance to crit almost every other hit on 250M Baal but barely crit at all on 1.25B Baal. Also Level 10 Advantage can crit once in a while on 250M Baal but not on 1.25B Baal.
i have never seen a crit on WB, are you sure it can actually crit?

My lance can crit the 250M and 1.25B WB with level 11 advantage, no critical saint. That's 150+base 10, which means 160 critical hit rating. I've seen it on both, though I haven't noticed if it happens more on the 250M one.
On a sidenote, he only seems to crit on standard attacks, and never on skill attacks. Is that normal?
Lance can crit the boss with low crit values on him because his skill, Greater Savagery, adds +30% crit rating to his attacks.

So basically banish bosses have so much resilience that you need 160x1.3 crit? does it always crit or once in a year?
At 160, it is every now and then. And this is only good for Lance. It is still worth getting because it is very useful in Heroics.
My dawn crits at 200. I have never seen him crit with less. I needed lance at 150 before he could crit while his buff was active. I think 200 is the current mark.
