    you do get medals in arena stakes. not often, but they happen. i've gotten many blue ones and even about 4 or 5 purple medals from there...

    does anyone know how rare they are then becuase i've never seen a medal in the arena stakes

    They're hidden in chests. You don't know it's a medal until you open it. Unless there are gems up, I always choose chests, then experience, then coins, the credits.
