Here's what I am seeing. On a character that has invested in techs and then moved to a guild that does not have those techs unlocked they still apply even though they do not show as being available or invested in. For example, if I have level 2 WIN-WIN and move to a guild with level 2 tech then I am still getting a 60 contrib on small investment which would be 50 standard contrib plus 20%. Which makes sense to me, how do you unlearn something that you have previously learned?
