Rune Temple and fragments

I feel that Tynon has nerfed the drop rate of what you receive from legendary rune keeper big time
I mean I ALWAYS get these fricking blue runes - Id prefer if they nerf the drop rate and take out the blue runes from legendary rune keeper and give us more purple and yellow and frags
Its just gets soo frustrating
My average frag drop rate for the week so far is 1 Frag per 6 mill coins ... Its the most shocking week ever
I know this because ive had 38 mill coins and ive received 6 fragments

If you take into account the other weeks that you averaged 1frag/2million, then you average the weekly averages, then yes you will get back 1frag/4million simple math
