when and why?

hey guys so its been awhile but ive noticed it more and more as ive been doing hr and she never stuns but when and why were ciannas stun chances nerfed? cus its like 1 in 20 times that she stuns and thats the main reason i stay with cianna

Very high Preciseness works for Mages. It may work for her too.

Preciseness can have an affect because it increases your hits, more hits=more chances to stun. No way to actually increase stun rates. Spirits have nothing to do with it...

Stun rates cannot be increased. But a high hit rating and having a lightbringer set would give her more opportunities to do so (fewer dodges and more skill attacks launched).

u dont like the heroes, the lab, keep crying and others will join, then the devs will change the game nerf heroes after players spent money building them, and change many more rules, good idea.

Ya thats all you need to do, and it only takes a few non paying players to whine and cry on these forums to get what we paid to build up to get nerfed/changed to be more "Balanced" ....... Well Tynon have fun getting money from all the cheap ass whiners to pay your bills.....I am done here.
