20k gems and 250k extra chips from the event i saw too much mess up with fragments/skills, i'll post it elsewhere later

Support does help, but there are occasions in this game when the dreaded graphics bug strikes and there is really nothing that can be done. You probably thought you'd won one thing but due to lag you'd actually won a chest.
It's a real downer but that's life.

this has happened to me a few times with purple medals, where i thought i won it and it was only a chest in the end...
same here, especially with medals. i contacted support on it and they first told me to screenshot the system message (4 days after!!! lol) and after pointing out there is no message they provided me a list of numbers and code i couldnt make out and told me everything is in order. since its expensive enough as is but also such very few rewards at the same time, i just gave up and stopped buying chips until they worked out the kinks and bugs.
What I find is if you do "10" spin too fast (repeatedly), the game gets out of sync and makes you reload. When you reload, you lose the chips you spun with, and if you get a good roll on one and get a high level chip, it does not show up in inventory.
that would make sense and sounds like the same bug as the tavern shows with spirits

Game synced out once after repeated clicking 10x, and lost my 3rd Maria I got in that roll
I'm starting to think the casino rates are being adjusted to get something particular per day, and the global rates to get a nicer reward seem to be going down
The first 3 days on S123, nice rewards were plenty, big reputation, cards, some gems (100), chips, but now its completely random
One day its raining Maria's, the other day noone seems to get ''anything'' (except trash/boxes) even when fully spinning through the 50.000 chips
5 days of spinning to the max from the event-sale bonus + taking around 50.000 per day, ended up with 25 skill fragments, few high lvl chips ( mostly Ruby), 2x 99 stars, 1 rino card, around 9 maria's, some random other cards
but not a single skill scroll.

Ye right, i mentioned that i have a lot of experience with casino and i know every single "graphic bug" or "error" that there is. I bet you 1k gems that support will show me a middle finger, because there is no way to prove anything, except that i miss 1k usd on my account and got no "luck"

In layman's terms as soon as you click 'spin', 'shuffle', 'doomsday bomb' the game's coding has picked your prize. The shiny visual bit is only visual, makes no difference to the end result.

I think the thing is, when you get the shiny visual gems, you feel cheated a little if you don't get the real ones. I had a similar problem, but support came through (since I was lucky enough to give proof). I had 100 shiny visual gem stakes up, but my guildmates all saw credits. I took a screenshot of the gems, refreshed, and then took a screenshot of the transformed credits. Since the times of the other stakes were the same (a few seconds past), I was able to prove they were the same stakes. Support gave me the 100 gems.
Also, the RNG decides your rewards far before you click spin.
