Strange loss of power

I know that power is not everything and there are problems with power display, but I am a little concerned because I lost 20 mil power and I do not understand why. I verified that all the heroes have the correct equipment with the chips embedded, that they have the correct saint levels and stars, that the formation is correct and that the runes are where they are supposed to be.

I did a lot of equipment upgrades yesterday by resetting queues, and I also crafted a Judgement Spirit (my first). I am not exactly sure when the power drop happened because I was doing a lot of formation changes (Banish, lab, and trying different things with the Poison Lord), but I am pretty sure that it happened some time today. I do not remember exactly what my power was this morning, but I know it was at around 157 mil or so. The Rankings show 158,849,309. The power display shows 137,771,332. That is also what shows in practice battles and the Arena. Strangely enough when using the display equipment it shows 117,260,620 but I think that display does not include the sub.

Any ideas?

Some times when you craft sets, the set bonus does not take until you refresh.

Other than that, it could be that you may have lag and runes did not get placed.

One of your over powered heros are missing

I did not craft a set. The first thing I did was flush both the browser and flash cache and refresh and it did not change anything. I have been moving runes and equipment around all day because of all the formation changes, but I am back to my PvP formation. I am not too concerned. On practice fights I beat the people I normally do. I wish I had kept track of the damage in Banish so I could see if there are any significant changes, but most of the time all I can do is start it and then go back to work.

One of your over powered heros are missing

That is a possibility. My PvP formation does not include Khan, Aphro, or Pompey that I use on some of the other formations, but 20 mil power difference just because of the heroes?

My PvP uses Blood, Adam, Queen B, King T and General A.

Banish - Blood, Aphro, Lance, Calvin, and Pompey

Lab - Khan, Adam, Herja, Queen B and Queen P.

Update

I had not really looked at the power of the individual heroes, but Khan is waaaay above everyone else. That could explain it. I was doing the lab late last night and was in Lab formation when I started this morning. I will look at the power when I do the lab tomorrow to see if that is the problem.
