VIP Reward is Sad but so true it's funny

Just looking at the VIP rewards and reading the rewards for VIP 11
1. The Talent cooldown time limit is removed forever

That would be great if my talents weren't already Maxed across the board

Talents weren't supposed to be run threw so easily; we just progressed much faster than anticipated
Also that kind of thing isn't a favorite of the mods here, I foresee this being closed soon as well lol

I've got several maxed out though, an not rushing on the last few. just like the lvl cap, i'm sure many are getting close but why rush to it so we can waste all the exp after. will just get the last 2 or 3 when i get em

100/70/95/96/70/75/80. I am sure once i finish the 90's I will blow through the rest.
