Lvl 3 normal mode - Lab

Thanks for the advice riot , we got him killed. so lvl 3 hard mode is easier than lvl 3 normal mode?

That is been my experience on the bosses. I don't know why it is, but seems that way. Plus I seem to get more lvl 6 chips in hard mode when I hit 700+. I never received a lvl 6 chip before this hard level.
