I used a real simple setup for this. Queen with dex rune (i used level 8) should be able solo mid without being crit by the spider. You could likely use ahmose or another tanky middle for this. Just gotta hope maria does her job and keeps them healed every round? I used lance and main in top and bottom. If you don't have lance then just use whatever highest single target damage dealer you have. Shouldn't take anyone too long to bring her down. Good luck.
