    He is the last HR boss after the judgement relic boss and he drops sirius sword/staff plans. So kinda a big deal for your skill attack boost. I dont know the stats , PR has them and atleast 2 others... But cant farm all the mats anyway, just miracle earth. Need wolf claws and Falcon feathers , guess should be saving them from arena...P
