that was the reply i got from them for my ticket on a similar matter i tried to start a thread about it but for some reason it was blocked or something. I happened to me 2 days in a row, this is very frustrating i Think anything that u spin on free spin must be automatically reduced to something that is trivial. I would just like to recover enough stuff from the wheel to recoup the 40 gems i spent trying it out when it first arrived, but the casino it is just full of frustration and another way for the game to become less and less popular with the gaming community.

I had a screen shot showing a transfer from saff to qbert should have resulted in an angel 4 qbert. It was a display glitch. my qbert is still angel 1 with a screen shot. But the display glitch on transfers was fixed a week or 2 later
