New, obviously. I'm enjoying the game. It's very beautiful!

Also, newb question, I'm sure... But, what do credits do?
I haven't come across anything that I know of that requires me to use credits.
Help with that would be much appreciated.

Hey!! Welcome to Tynon
Credits are used to upgrade Talents, credits are also used to boost your power in Baal and Cerberus.
Also, credits are use to Refresh and to recruit heros in the Hero Tavern.
Hmm, I think that's it? :P Can't remember by heart, if anyone else knows more, please post it.
