How many stars on flavius is needed to prevent them from skilling? I'm building up my defensive stats atm, and trying to work out when I'll have everything where they need to be.

good luck on the rest its a serious pain of a build. \SO much for dawn saying they dont want us to run heavy defense formations. Because thats about the only way to beat prophet
