The problem with Casino now is it says we get a reward and in reality we are not getting anything added to our item repository. Say i spun the casino and got a purple medal, but when i check my inventory i don't see any purple medal there. Still need more explanation ?

I logged on to get this mail today.
I then bought myself 90gems worth of casino chips (2000 Chips). They were 20 gems for 100 chips before. When they were 20 gems for 100 chips, the prizes were much better, and it seems so were the odds of landing on good, useful things. I have had a good time with the Casino each and everyday up till this patch.
I agree with the free spin, yes. That is a GOOD thing. Also, the bundling is great.
But, because the cost of 100 chips was lowered drastically, so were the prize stakes, amount of lotto chests, etc.
I spun 5k chips today and the best I got was 100 gems ONCE and a few tokens and the rest was level 1 chips or 1k credits.
I'd rather spend a heftier fee to play, and get really useful prizes, then have to spin 3 trillion times to get something Okayish...
That is just my opinion, and I'm sure many other folks love the change, and I can see how they would. I liked the chance of it before. It was my guilty pleasure up until today.

nothing has changed for me.
I still get the same thing as before. Try spinning 1 at a time vs. doing the 10 spins. I find spinning 1 at a time I get better stakes.
I also got a "purple medal". However when I sent in a support ticket, they showed me the logs that I received a level 1 chip.I replied that this must be a *display* bug (to be fixed).
all i got was poop so far compared to what i spent. at the start i got a couple "ok" ones but since then all i get is lv1 chips, credits and coins

I have never spun 10x, not once, so that isn't even part of the problem.
You cannot be getting the same thing, as the same things do not exsist. 100 stamina is now 20. 10 tokens is now 1 Token. All lotto chests have been increased, and 19 out of 20 spins you will get only a chest with a lvl 1 chip, blue medal, etc.
It's just not the same, it was nerfed. It's okay, I'll just spend the gems elsewhere

It's still pretty close to 20 gems per spin for me...
Looks like Server 1 got an update that other servers did not. Weird
100 Chips are now 5 gems. Bundling them saves alot.

Ya the change is you do NOT get what you win from free spin. I sent in 2 tickets on the matter and i am sure others have sent them in as well.
Maybe Tynon figured out that they can get a better beta test in server 1 that in the beta server lol.
