Has anybody else noticed that chests in the arena when they drop do not contain the item that it tells you?

After yesterdays patch, Mushrooms now arrive as Miracle Earth. Wolf Claws as Falcon Feathers.

We are used to Dragons Eye and Dragon Bone turning up as Honey as we know those items aren't in the game yet.

With some of us desperate for the Mushrooms so we can make our Sirius Spirits, this needs to be sorted. Miracle Earth is not needed by anybody, but the Mushrooms are very important.
