What decides the attack or defense position in CW?

Whats is the point of CW anyway now,.....Pussy Roit/ aka Blayd can wipe out a top player and lose like 25 percent HPs, I see no reason to continue doing CWs now anyway, Why dont they just can it Pussys wars and let him get first prize with out even fighting.

Pussy War sounds good. I don't mind, I think the fighting is fun and challenging, even though I don't make it as far as the finals.

Okay, so someone actually spent enough to gain a huge advantage over the rest of us and just because you and pretty much no one else can become number one you are saying that we should give up. I'd be surprised that there are mmos that are viable for more than a couple years if that was everyone's attitude.

Tynon shouldnt have reset the crowns. Pussy Wars should have 2 or 3 crowns.
Now, the top players and coiners will lose even more interest.

For me the main point of CW is collecting tickets so I can buy more stuff to get my heroes in better spots.
I like upgrading them and seeing where they can go.
I also like playing most of the PVE elements of this game which require me to upgrade my heroes.
I do feel lucky to be in the European pool though and can understand that competing with a giant like riot might take the spirit out of you.
He is in a league of his own.

To get back on the subject;
I understand the position in CW (as in rag) is supposed to be random.
I would like to discuss this however since random in this case does not seem fair.
Can there be a more fair way to arrange this?
