This would make making to lvl 12 runes too easy in my opinion. So this tells me i can get from lvl 11 -> 12 with only 125 mil coins vs. current 250 mil coins.

If they raised the rune levels to 15 which may cost up to 2bil coins to get from lvl 14 ->15 it be worth considering.
