Loosing cities without attack during gw, 26.03 2014

SERVER 93, GUILD: ELEMENTAL Date of fight: 26.03. 2014

We were defending 2 cities. During our attacks from B to A in both cities, TYNON crasched. As a resoult of this WE lost both cities we defended.The attacking guilds got this cities.
I send in a mail to TYNON and explained what happened.

Here is TYNON`s answer. "The disconnection issue affect all players equally, we will not give out compensation on this issue."

TYNON basicly took our cities and gave them to other GUILDS. And when I complained..... well you can all see the answer. As a resoult of this I will lieve this game and will terminate my guild. I have spend a lot of money here, but when things like this can happens..... I am out.
So be careful guilds out there.
