    Angry lost my 99 tokens

    5 says ago i lost 99 tokens , 32 speakers and not sure if some mats too, was checking the forum if anyone else had that issue and how it got solved, all i see is ppl loosing stuff and waiting 3-4 weeks for single reply from a support, and what a reply , they reply u something like: check ur lab shop token count , like WTH, waited 5 days to get this reply? who doesn't doublecheck lab shop token count before opening a ticket? ok forget that 1 , u recheck lab shop screenshot and upoald it and write 5-6 more tickets , takes u 4-5 days more and no reply, like ok 99 tokens are hard to get , u need more than 10 days to collect those , and im not gonna get over it and forget about them , whats taking so long to investigate about missing stuff and give them back to players? my guidy has same problems , but not tokens missing , it was gems , now its been 1 month and ZERO reply , is this how support and ticket works in this game? i use to play World of warcraft , any player opens ticket max time u wait for a reply is 2 hours, sometimes u get instant chat window from a Gm to help u , im not asking for instant reply , but 5-6 days is toooo lonnnngggg .....

    Agreed! I am getting the server sync error and losing coins and runes. I sent a ticket and by the time they replied with an accounting page of my coins coming and going, I had no idea if it was missing anything or not since days had passed.

    I assumed that you have cleared the cache and refreshed. If that did not solve the problem look at the bottom of the screen (you have to do this for both the bank and the inventory) there are two numbers separated by a slash. There are the number of used slots and the total number of available slots. If the number of used slots plus the number of empty slots that you have is greater that the total number of available slots then you have some items hiding behind other ones.

    If this is the case you need to move the visible items one at a time to an empty slot until the hidden item shows in the slot that was vacated by the move. You need to continue doing this until the numbers add up correctly. Do not forger to move the item that was revealed, because there could be another hiding behind that one.

    ty for the reply, and yes i did clear cash refreshed , and checked the inventory in bags and bank are in correct numbers, its saying i have 35/50 and they r correct, the tokens just disapeared, along with speakers, any other suggestions?

    Use the Support tab in the game Chat to open a ticket. Make sure you include the server and your game name in that server in the information provided. Be as specific as possible including the approximate date and server time when it happen. If you have any evidence, such as screen captures, attach it to the ticket.

    i did open a ticket the moment i had the problem , but seems like it wasnt very detailed, i wrote a new ticket , as u advised me but this time max detailed and more specific , such as timings and info , hope it helps support
