I agree with you 100%. The same in HR. The problem is that most players are not interested in PvP any more (including me) so they do not go hunting in the wilds where they can be attacked. There was a tread a while back with some suggestions on how to incite the players to go into the wilds to revive the PvP aspects of the game.
