Thread: What we want to see in upcoming patches (Ideas)

  1. #71
The first 10 servers or so have guild wars where they fight only their own realm they are on, where each realm gets to benefit from guild war rewards... The realms that were created later dont have this option and all realms fight for one set of cities and only one realm gets to benefit from gw's rewards, while other realms dont get anything... there are always more and less dominant guilds and they keep fighting for cities, while those less dominant dont get anything... I would like to see across all server same type of guild wars system... it seems that us who are on later servers benefit less because we have to fight with all other realms and only have one winner or have to share...

Im also on the later servers (14 and 104)
The only reason it was put that way is simply because there are not enough players to have a gw per realm..
Do me a favour and please create an account on server 1 and just check out how that server is absolutely flooded with players everywhere ... once you do this you will understand

Pretty low priority suggestion, but I would like a more detailed fight summary.

    Things like:
    # of rounds
    Order in which heroes/monsters died
The round # when the heroes died

    Summary for individual heroes:
    # of crits
    # of stuns
    # of misses
    # of dodges
    # of blocks
    Damage/heals done

A few upgrades I would like to see:

    Chat:
The ability to add a sound (and turn it off), so if we walk away to say cook dinner we will here when we get a PM.

    Runes:
Add a third and forth row to the main screen to minimize the need to hit sell all as much. Would save time and energy.

    Fair or stock exchange:
The ability to exchange our items back also for gems at the same exchange rate that we would have to buy them at, including cards.

    Guild:
The ability to sell our items to our guild mates (with an imposed trade amount)

    City:
The ability to turn off experience/training completely when in the city.
The ability to sell unused mounts back or have an upgrade discount when trading.

    General:
The ability to minimize icons similar to to the ability to minimize your quest info on the right of the screen.

This can't happen... the reason gems are valuable is because they could pretty much buy anything, but are difficult to get without paying real money for them. We would make a crazy amount of gems by selling chips if we could.

Selling items to Guild Mates will not happen because of the potential for abuse. A player can get a bunch of Alts that can get the items and then buy them from the Alts.

As far as turning off training, instead of staying in the Aerie City, stay in the Arena when doing nothing and you do not train.

why not? to be honest i think the idea isnt that bad. so many are crying about it being unfair in GW, etc ... all they come up for a fix was penalize the top players so much that alt-guilds win it as long as they produce enough alts with low level players to wear down to 70% or less dura and render the big boys 100% useless and watch them get beaten by guys with half their power. by giving each realm their own set of cities would also prepare them much more for the upcoming server mergers. yeah i realize some servers are beyond dead from what i hear. so go ahead merge them and make them more active. you could even merge 3 servers at a time and put them into their own realm on the new server with their own set of cities. there they can battle as before and start to have fun again on a more populated and crowded server.

I am not sure what he meant by this. If it is the ability to 'return an item' and get back the price that you paid for it I definitely think it is a good idea. I would limit it to something like 5 minutes (maybe somewhat longer) from when you purchase it. This would take care of the issues where you purchased something by mistake.

great idea! 5min refund option if item hasnt been used. love it. especially for fair! i dont know how many times i have chosen an item in the fair and just before i clicked on purchase it switched inventory, the old item still on screen but gives you on purchase the new item. i had to bother customer service for it that where nice enough to refund it to me, but it takes a long time, they have to look into the situation, tell you to sell it, need to confirm it again to then finally be able to refund you.
i would picture it as refund window that would open when you click the refund button. there you are able to see the ALL the items edible for refund and you would just select them and click "ok" like a sale
