This is very frustrating for me as well. Cards and stars are both fairly expensive and when they fail repeatedly in spite of the odds listed it makes us not want to buy them. A 90% sanctification should not fail twice in a row but they do. There is a cheat with them but I don't use it or share it. The fact that others do makes honesty even more of a disadvantage here. I think this part of the game is just wrong. If you want us to buy 4 cards to get one usable one then just make the sainting cost 4 cards. Same with stars. If I am going to have to use 6 stars 5 times before one star sticks then make that star level 30 stars so I can buy what I need to advance. Make them the same for each of us as well. This RNG seems to favor some players over others and the heavy coiners do seem to get more than low or non coiners.
