it selects the rewards and collects them automaticcally. and no1 ever appears to attack just the empty boxes. cleared cach and used 2 diffrent browsers same thing .

More info needed. What realm, server? More info on the problem also... this is not nearly enough

aware of what? IF u Dqed with a server crash/browser lock up, all previous stakes vanish and PICKS a new one, lost a rather nice stake and want it back 100 Diamonds LOW rank so not getting hit constantly, and POOF vanishes into thin air.

I will appreciate if you will clam down and think before you speak, and you won't get your gems back, I don't think so at least.
They're away of this issue, nothing I can do or neither can you, only to wait.

Calm down? im plenty calm, if will not get the stakes back due to can not verify having it... then from now on will post screenshots of before/after of arena stakes, showing change in current amount left on account after claim the stakes, however if there is known ways to get gems from stakes, i expect the value of the currency on the game will plummet (meaning things that cost gems will have lower odds of succeeding) Blue Medals, ect (currently failed at 72%) which surprised me. U fail at a star lvl up of a hero, u do not just lose the medals for the attempt, yet also u lose a star rank all the way back down to 1.

I was expecting less penalty with gems, and i guess i was wrong. If this is a rant that goes off-topic, it all stems from the same merit of Free Gems in whatever event/reward/stakes, will drive the successful nature of using them farther into wasted attempts.

I know what plummet means.
Regarding the star, that's the way it works. If you upgrade, you have the chance of failing, even if its 72%,you still have that other 28% that can make it fail and you'll loose a star,or maybe 2 if you upgrade.
If you need gems,but them. The devs are nice enough to AT LEAST put some free gems out there.
