Why do you assume they will compensate us for a bug? Why would any game company compensate players for a bug when there is nothing that says they have to?

Because any game that values it's paying customer base will compensate everyone to keep them happy and playing the game.... Spending money on the game...

The have done it in the past but only for long server outages.

The only time I have played any mmo and been compensated for a bug was when it was a catastrophic bug that made the nearly the entire game near unplayable.

Tynon just got better today right in the middle of Ragnarok. If Tynon keeps getting better, I'm going to need to find a different game that is already good enough to play.
