I would suggest the following
all mounts hp and speed be left as is
change it so all mounts use the same experience numbers as the white horse for levels
make feeds unlimited
make tames 5 gems
and scale the cost of feeds
white horse is 500k per feed
black hoese 750k
leopard is 1m
tiger is 1.25m
white bear is 1.5m
rhino is 1.75m
dragon 2m
that means without using tames it would cost over 48b coins to level teh white horse to 15 stars
and a dragon 192b coins to level 15

Was kinda thinking, man I wish I would have gotten a bear before they "sold out". Will mounts ever be replenished or am I forever gonna be stuck with a leopard?

Not quite true; you can realm jump to go get one in another realm, if there are any left there.
server 1 is out of bears period
There is one way to counter this, but you need every bear user to help.
The amount of white bears left at the buritos hunter takes into account the number of players who have one in the realm. If no one has a white bear in the realm, then there are 10 white bears available.
If every bear user moves to the same realm, the other realms will have white bears available.
Crazy, eh? My idea.
If they would allow us to 'sell' the mounts back then when some one has more that one mount the old one would become available for some one to purchase.

but i wouldnt want a used bear thats all old and worn out and have some guys nut rutz in the saddle
I am sure that there are plenty of players that your like to have the used Bear if the alternative is no Bear at all
