    frozen character

    How do I go about getting one of my characters to unfreeze? 4 days ago it froze and I can't get her back.....

    once my character froze I saw that I had to open another account in order to get into the game and find out about my advanced charter. So what I need is to get my advanced character back.

    while I was on Caribbean Pirates my character froze it wouldn't do anything. So what I did is shut down my computer and logged back on and then I couldn't get back on the game. As a result I had to open another account with a different character's name but I rather have the one I had.

    Go to www.tynon.com and try to log on there. If you can, submit a ticket. If you can not submit a ticket from the new account explaining the situation.

    yes. that is exactly what I did...since I couldn't log on to submit a ticket I opened I new account and now I cannot get my original or more advanced one.

    we had the same thing happen to one of our members. i skyped with him and he cant even open a ticket without creating a new account as he says and that would violate the EULA because he got only 1 email address.



    EDIT: i believe frozen is the wrong expression. they cant simply log into the game (wrongfully banned maybe? no idea, just throwing a guess here)

    Could enter you log in details at the homepage? If you could then log in but instead of trying to enter the game click billing support. If your forum account is the one linked to your frozen character, then you should be able put in a ticket.

    Don't worry this has happened before and Tynon will fix it for you.

    That statement alone is scaremongering. This is in fact a bug that's happened in the past and therefore it doesn't mean the OP or any one else that suffered it was banned.
