for 5 times in a row i picked today grand coins, chests and big XP stakes in arena and everytime it pays me small credit stakes? what is going on here?

(i refreshed multiple times and it only switches after i restart and the then shows in the stakes 2x credits as the alternative selections that didnt show neither)
