Lance deals more damage than blood with same gear and runes. In my experience, it's an extra 50% before his skill attack raises damage, then it's more like 80%.

EDIT: On the flipside, once herja dies, lance will add morale, blood won't. But I'm sure the xtra damage from lance is worth it.
Yeah have tried lance, but blood seems to give me more damage over course of banish event and as u say once herja goes lance adds to cerb/baal's morale. thanks for the tip - i might see how he goes with a few more sancts on him
