Is there anyway in moving them to another acct on another server??

Send a ticket immediately explaining the situation. Do not use any gems until you hear back. In the past they have done a transfer of the Gems if you let them know right away.

how do I do a ticket?
On the game chat click on Support. Make sure you specify what server you bought them in and what server you want them in. I assume that both servers are in the same account. If they are not you will get nothing because having multiple accounts is against the ToS.
