Well I dont even know where to start!

I have written you about severals bugs in my beta account from the very start, I mean on different forums, tech support and bug reports.
I have lost 3-4 major runes ine the 2nd week of beta, reported it, never heard anything back from you. Then I had a major power loss of about 100k in the following days, reported it, never hear anything back again. Now my fair is nowhere to be seen since 3 days! I am very disappointed in the way you guys handles your customer service needless to say. I opened anaccount in east coast live server where I actually spent a bit of money with regrets I must say. I find the entire upping of the bosses and the the easy lab being so not easy! It only points to how greedy you guys at Tynon got. Interesting game but unfortunately it is now only interesting for the major coiners, if your a casual one forget it. So I think you actually killed the game on its very birth!

The fair is not where the map shows it at,but is very close to where it usually is.

Mine is to the southwest of it.

Try looking around and see if you can spot her.
It also unlocks I believe at level 28 or 29.

On the live servers you need to complete the quest 'capture the mayor'. After you beat this boss the fair appears.

can we also fix the lab cannot complete it because reset screen in the way of the end tile maybe it can be moved to top of the lab and out of the way of tiles

quess you just can't move that reset thing my game would be so much better if i could actually finish the lab. i really can't afford a bigger monitor
